SOLVEIT'S MISSION
The effective operation of the clinic network relies on the interaction of three parties – doctors, patients, and branch admins. It's organized by city, with each maintaining its own database. Information from them is aggregated into a central one that is utilized for operations.
Once patient needs were met through the Flutter mobile app release, it was crucial to develop solutions to help the business owner achieve its goals. So, we focused on two components of the system: a web app for doctors and the admin panel for management.
Our team has chosen React for the web components as it offers strong typing, which helps prevent errors, and enhances code maintainability, making it easier to scale seamlessly, supporting an unlimited number of locations, clinics, and doctors without performance loss.

Web app for doctors
Appointment schedule view: Doctors can access their appointment schedules as a calendar with filters.
Chat integration: Doctors can communicate with patients via chat as a separate service or during online sessions for immediate support.
Personal time slot management: They can add or remove their and subspecialists available time slots.
Conclusion management: Doctors to create and manage medical conclusions, prescriptions, and online chat notes.
Telemedicine: The platform facilitates video consultations, allowing doctors to connect with patients remotely.
Patient info access: Doctors can see the complete patient profile, including personal documents, lab results, and medical history.
Security
User medical data must be securely transmitted, including lab results, doctor prescriptions, and other medical information related to system development.
To protect this data, we use a symmetric encryption algorithm based on the AES standard, ensuring that sensitive information remains confidential.
Design
As the client had established brand guidelines and a website, SolveIt was approached to create a UI that aligned with them, remained timeless, and adhered to the industry standards.
We prioritized a UX that ensured minimizing user adoption for clinic staff while fully meeting the project's functional requirements. The focus was on simplicity and usability.

WHAT?
The main feature of the app ecosystem is telemedicine. It connects the doctors' web app and the patients' mobile app, providing both sides with the ability to conduct online video consultations when the diagnosis or medical condition allows for it.
Another distinctive aspect is that you can invite a 2nd specialized doctor to the video call for a comprehensive consultation with your treating physician.
